Submitted Content definition

Submitted Content means any Content submitted, uploaded or posted or otherwise transmitted by you (or on your behalf), or by other users, on or through your Device or the Smart Services.
Submitted Content has the meaning provided in the Preamble.
Submitted Content means the Content and the Content Information.

  • Forecast5, in its sole discretion, may refuse to post, remove, or refuse to remove, any Submitted Content or content from others, in whole or in part, alleged to be unacceptable, undesirable, inappropriate, or in violation of this Agreement.

  • We may record all or any part of your Submitted Content for quality control and for delivering, marketing, promoting, demonstrating, or operating the Services.

  • As an instructor, you are responsible for all content that you post, including lectures, quizzes, coding exercises, practice tests, assignments, resources, answers, course landing page content, and announcements ("Submitted Content").


More Definitions of Submitted Content

Submitted Content means any content, videos, images, sounds, and all the material, data, and information that you upload, post, publish or transmit through participation in the Contest. By transmitting or submitting any Submitted Content while participating in the Contest, you affirm, represent and warrant that such Submitted Content, transmission or submission: (a) is accurate and not confidential; (b) not in violation of any applicable law, contractual restrictions or other third party rights; (c) does not contain any content or copyrighted materials owned by anyone other than you except for Sizzix Content submitted as part of Submitted Content to the extent permitted under these Terms; (d) will not result, when distributed, displayed, reproduced used, or modified, in any infringement of the intellectual property rights of any third party or violate or misappropriate any rights of publicity or privacy for any third party; and (d) is free of viruses, adware, spyware, worms or other malicious code. You further represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to transmit Submitted Content to Sizzix and to grant the rights in Submitted Content granted to SIZZIX and Sizzix under these Terms.
Submitted Content means any content that Users have submitted, transmitted, or uploaded on or to the Service.
Submitted Content means the data and content, including without limitation, certain data processed by the Products or Services as part of operating the Products and Services.
Submitted Content is defined in Clause 7.1;
Submitted Content means all information (including personal information) and data (including text, images, graphics, pictures, photos, videos, audio, and documents) or any other content in any media and format provided or made available to you by Campaign Participants, including by submission of such content on a Campaign Page or via a Supported Platform.

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed (including all content published during the Subscription Period to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Imported content means that portion of the bidding price represented by the cost of components, parts or materials which have been or are still to be imported (whether by the supplier or his subcontractors) and which costs are inclusive of the costs abroad, plus freight and other direct importation costs such as landing costs, dock dues, import duty, sales duty or other similar tax or duty at the South African place of entry as well as transportation and handling charges to the factory in the Republic where the supplies covered by the bid will be manufactured.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • User Generated Content means any content that originates from End Users in any format, including graphics, text, or voice content published through or as part of a Software Title.

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • Advertising Materials means any advertising, marketing, merchandising, promotional, contest-related, public relations (including press releases), display, point of sale or website materials regarding or relating to the Licensed Products or depicting any of the Licensed Trademarks. Advertising Materials include any advertisements in which the System is displayed, referred to, or used, including giving away any unit(s) of the System as prizes in contests or sweepstakes and the public display of the System in product placement opportunities.

  • Electronic Product Code™ (EPC) means an identification scheme for universally identifying physical objects via RFID tags and other means. The standardized EPC data consists of an EPC (or EPC identifier) that uniquely identifies an individual object, as well as an optional filter value when judged to be necessary to enable effective and efficient reading of the EPC tags. In addition to this standardized data, certain classes of EPC tags will allow user-defined data. The EPC Tag Data Standards will define the length and position of this data, without defining its content.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.

  • Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • Pupil Generated Content The term “pupil-generated content” means materials or content created by a pupil during and for the purpose of education including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of pupil content.

  • Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).

  • Core Curriculum Content Standards means the New Jersey Student Learning Standards.

  • Recycled content means the percentage of a product composed of recovered material, or post- consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.
