Subleased Property definition

Subleased Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(c).
Subleased Property means that real property located at 500 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, X0X 0X0, Xxxxxx.
Subleased Property has the meaning given to such term in the Sublease.

More Definitions of Subleased Property

Subleased Property means each Site that is now or hereafter subject to this Sublease, including the Land, Tower and Improvements thereof, less and ---- --- except in each instance the Reserved Space thereof, BMI's and Space Subtenants' ------ Improvements on such Site and improvements of Space Subtenants under the Existing Subleases.
Subleased Property means such portion of the Leased Property used by Seller primarily in connection with the Business and which will be subleased to Buyer pursuant to the Building 1 Sublease and the Building 4 Sublease.
