Subleased Premises definition

Subleased Premises means such portions of the Leased Premises being particularly identified on Schedule B, which the parties agree, for the purposes of this Sublease and any square footage calculations pursuant hereto, is approximately 42,244 square feet of office (21,068 square feet on the third floor and 21,176 square feet on the seventh floor) and approximately 9.4312% of common space (building rentable area is 447,917 square feet).
Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and
Subleased Premises means approximately -18;961 rentable square feet on the 141h floor of the Building, as more specifically depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Subleased Premises include all of the Leased Premises identified in the Prime Lease.

Examples of Subleased Premises in a sentence

  • The Sublessee shall, at all times, be responsible for the condition of the Subleased Premises and shall perform repairs required in a timely manner so as to prevent injury to persons and waste to property.

  • Pursuant to the terms of this Sublease, the Sublessee shall utilize the Subleased Premises exclusively for the parking garages and for ingress and egress and other purposes incidental to the use and operation of the Project as parking garages as provided in the Master Covenants (defined in Section 5.03 below), the Ground Lease, and in the Easement and Operating Agreement.

  • The Sublessee shall, at its sole cost and expense, cause to be provided to the Project all services required to operate the Project on the Subleased Premises (including, without limitation, the Parking Garages), including, without limitation, water and sewer service, pest control, exterior landscaping, exterior grounds maintenance and cleanup, security as is required for similar facilities, and electric current for normal use and light.

  • The Sublessee and/or the Developer are authorized to offer valet parking services, vending machines and other amenities at the Sublessee’s and/or the Developer’s discretion from time to time within the Subleased Premises.

  • The Sublessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Subleased Premises (including, without limitation, the Parking Garages and all of the other improvements constituting the Subleased Premises), whether or not the need for such repair occurs as a result of Sublessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Subleased Premises.


More Definitions of Subleased Premises

Subleased Premises means [a portion of] Suite[s] on the floor[s] of the office building located at , consisting of approximately square feet and shown on the attached Exhibit C.
Subleased Premises means the following portions of the Hangar: (a) the office area, consisting of approximately 1,000 square feet, as shown on the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit “C” and made a part hereof (the “Office Area”); and (b) the hangar and shop areas, consisting of approximately 13,750 square feet, as shown on Exhibit “C” (collectively the “Hangar Area”).
Subleased Premises shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the third (3rd) recital above. The Subleased Premises shall not include any rights in or to the roof or exterior of the Building or the land lying beneath the Subleased Premises.
Subleased Premises means any portion of the Premises subleased under a Sublease. "Subleasehold Estate" means a Subtenant’s subleasehold estate, and all of the Subtenant’s rights and privileges under the Sublease, upon and subject to all the terms and conditions of the Sublease.
Subleased Premises shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.23(c).
Subleased Premises means approximately 11,695 rentable square feet on the 12th floor of the Building, as more specifically depicted on Exhibit A, to be defined as Suite 1200, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Subleased Premises means Suite 450 on the fourth floor of the office building located at 3101 North Thanksgiving Way, in Lehi, Utah, consisting of approximately 10,944 usable square feet and approximately 12,875 rentable square feet, shown on the attached Exhibit B. The Subleased Premises do not include, and Landlord has reserved, the land and other area beneath the floor of the Subleased Premises, the pipes, ducts, conduits, wires, fixtures and equipment above the suspended ceiling of the Subleased Premises and the structural elements that serve the Subleased Premises or comprise the Building; provided, however, that, subject to Paragraphs 9.2 and 17.1 of the Lease, Subtenant may, at Subtenant’s sole cost and expense, install Subtenant’s voice and data lines, wiring, cabling and facilities above the suspended ceiling of the Subleased Premises for the conduct by Subtenant of business in the Subleased Premises for the Sublease Permitted Use (as defined below). Landlord’s reservation includes the right to install, use, inspect, maintain, repair, alter and replace those areas and items and to enter the Subleased Premises in order to do so in accordance with and subject to Paragraph 9.3
