Sublease Expiration Date definition

Sublease Expiration Date means the date that is the last day of the month, two (2) years after the later of the following:
Sublease Expiration Date means the expiration date of the Sublease Term, as defined below.
Sublease Expiration Date means September 30, 2020.

  • If the Sublease Commencement Date is not the first (1st) day of a month, or if the Sublease Expiration Date is not the last day of a month, a prorated installment of monthly Base Rental based on a thirty (30) day month shall be paid for the fractional month during which the Term commenced or terminated.

  • On or before the Sublease Expiration Date or earlier termination or expiration of this Sublease, Subtenant shall restore the Subleased Premises to the condition existing as of the Sublease Commencement Date, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

  • The Sublease Term shall commence on the Sublease Commencement Date and shall expire on the Sublease Expiration Date, unless this Sublease is sooner terminated as provided herein.


More Definitions of Sublease Expiration Date

Sublease Expiration Date means the Sublease Expiration Date as specified on Schedule I to this Appendix A.
Sublease Expiration Date means the conclusion of the 2030-2031 school year, unless the Sublease is sooner terminated as provided herein, which date shall be extended in the event the Sublease Term is extended in accordance with Section 2.2.1 hereof.
