Subject Well definition

Subject Well means each well (whether now existing or hereinafter drilled) on the Subject Leases in respect of which Grantor owns any interest or is entitled to any of the Minerals production or the proceeds therefrom (whether directly or indirectly by virtue of the effect of any farmout or farmin provisions or other provisions).
Subject Well means a Well or a Future Well, as the context requires.
Subject Well is defined in Section 12.12(b).

  • Further, Applicant requests that the interests of any owners with whom the Applicant has been unable to secure a lease or other agreement to participate in the drilling of the Subject Well be deemed nonconsenting owners and made subject to the cost recovery provisions of §34-60-116(7), C.R.S., effective as of the earlier of the date of the Application, or the date the costs specified in §34-60-116(7)(b), C.R.S., are first incurred for the drilling of the Subject Well.

  • Applicant requests that the Commission’s pooling order be made effective as of the earlier of the date of this Application, or the date that the costs specified in §34-60-116(7)(b), C.R.S. are first incurred for the drilling of the Subject Well within WSU No. 1.


More Definitions of Subject Well

Subject Well has the meaning assigned to that term in the Conveyance.
Subject Well means a Developed Properties Subject Well or a Remaining Properties Subject Well.
Subject Well means any oil and/or gas well described in Schedule 14.4, whether producing, shut in, or temporarily abandoned, provided, however that “Subject Well” shall not include any portion of such Lease that constitutes an Offshore Legacy Asset.
Subject Well shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of “Subject Non-Operating Assets”.
Subject Well or "Subject Wells" means the oil and gas wells described in Exhibit "A" attached xxxxto as such Exhibit may bx xxxnded from time to time as provided herein.
Subject Well means a Well and/or Well Location, as the context requires.
Subject Well or "Subject Xxxxx" means the oil and gas xxxxx described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time as provided herein.
