Subject Patents definition

Subject Patents means the U.S. Toroidal Plasma Generator Patents (as defined in Section 1.12) and the Foreign Toroidal Plasma Generator Patents (as defined in Section 1.3).

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a warranty or representation by MercExchange as to the validity or scope of the Subject Patents or that the exercise of the license rights under the Subject Patents will not infringe upon the rights of any Third Party.

  • MercExchange hereby assigns a non-exclusive right to MercTravel to enforce the Subject Patents, in its own name, and at its own expense, in the Online Travel Sector.

More Definitions of Subject Patents

Subject Patents means, with respect to a particular Licensor, the following:
Subject Patents means any patent that issues on a Subject Patent Application.

Subject Patents means the United States and foreign patents assigned to LICENSOR identified in Schedule A attached hereto, any United States or foreign patent issuing from the applications identified in Schedule B attached hereto and any United States or foreign patent issuing from any application that claims filing priority from any of the patents or patent applications identified on Schedule A or Schedule B.
Subject Patents means those patents and patent applications listed on Exhibit 1.53 hereto.
