Subject Party definition

Subject Party has the meaning specified in Section 3.02(b).
Subject Party has the meaning given to it in paragraph (b) of Clause 12.5 (Value added tax).

  • At any point when a subject party ceases to be employed by or affiliated with the provider (or is not hired) the CBC unit must be notified by the submission of the Subject Party Change in Status Form within 14 days.
