Subject Land definition

Subject Land means the land (subject to survey) delineated and shaded red on the plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purpose of identification and such other land up to a maximum of 50,000 acres in the Camballin Area as the Minister on request by the Company decides in his discretion to make available for the purposes of this Agreement; “this Agreement”, “hereof” and “hereunder” includes this Agreement as from time to time added to varied or amended; Reference in this Agreement to an Act shall include the amendments to such Act for the time being in force and also any Act passed in substitution therefor or in lieu thereof and the regulations for the time being in force thereunder; Marginal notes shall not affect the interpretation or construction hereof 3; Ratification and operation 3

Subject Land means the land situated at………………………………………………… being the land referred to in Certificate of Title Volume ………….. Folio…………….. and any reference to the Subject Land in this Agreement includes any lot created by the subdivision of the Subject Land or any part of it.

Bishnupur, under Kuledari Gram Panchayat Mouza Banagram and Sarmaster Xxxx X.X. No. 16 and 17, Touzi No. 3, 4 and 5, Revisional Settlement Sheet No. 30, Pargana Khaspur, Pin Code - 700104 in the nature of Bohutal Abasan more fully and particularly described in the Part I of Schedule A hereunder and any extended or added area thereto, which includes the Project Land mentioned herein and the land reserved for all future development.

Subject Land means land and water subject to the jurisdiction of the Tribe, including any land and water now or hereafter held by the United States in trust for the Tribe, or for any tribal citizen thereof, or held, subject to a federal law restriction against alienation or taxation, by the Tribe or any tribal citizen thereof, or held by the Tribe in fee simple.
