Subject Facilities definition

Subject Facilities means that portion of the Premises (or those Facilities) that are the subject of the purchase proposal contained in the Third Party Offer.
Subject Facilities means the Facilities located on the following fields: (a) East Breaks 160, (b) High Island A474 and (c) South Timbalier 185.
Subject Facilities means the Initial Facilities and the Existing Facilities.

Examples of Subject Facilities in a sentence

  • OIG shall select the Subject Facilities and provide the identities of those facilities to the IRO at least 30 days before the end of each Reporting Period.

  • If Signature determines that the CMS overpayment rule requires that an extrapolated Overpayment be repaid for any of the Subject Facilities, Signature shall repay that amount at the mean point estimate as calculated by the IRO.

  • If LCCA determines that the CMS overpayment rule requires that an extrapolated Overpayment be repaid for any of the Subject Facilities, LCCA shall repay that amount at the mean point estimate as calculated by the IRO.

More Definitions of Subject Facilities

Subject Facilities means the Initial Facilities.
Subject Facilities means the power generating facilities, and related ash storage and disposal locations thereat or serving the same, covered by the ash management contracts identified in Section 5.17 of the Disclosure Schedule.
