Subject Document definition

Subject Document means any one of such Subject Documents.
Subject Document means all of the Finance Documents, the Shipbuilding Contracts, the Additional Works Contracts, the Refund Guarantees, the Letters of Credit, the Purchase Documents and the Approved Management Agreements (none to be amended, varied, supplemented or modified without the consent of the Security Trustee) and together with any other instruments, document or memorandum, scheduled to any of the documents referred to above, and any notice, consent or acknowledgement referred to in or required pursuant to any of the documents referred to above and any document, instrument or memorandum which secures any of the obligations of the Borrowers under any of the Finance Documents or under any other Subject Document;
Subject Document means any of the Subject Documents.

  • The inclusion of such provisions, however, does not render any Subject Document invalid as a whole.

Related to Subject Document

  • Project Document means any one of the foregoing;

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Material Project Documents means, collectively, the Power Purchase Agreement, the EPC Contract, the Transmission Facilities Construction Agreement, the O&M Agreement, the Coal Supply Agreements, the Coal Transportation Agreement and all other instruments, agreements or other documents arising from or related to the Project, but shall not include any Financing Agreement.

  • Programme Document means each of the Master Trust Deed, the Agency Agreement, the Registrar Agreement, the Margin Account Agreement, the Margin Account Security Agreement, the Portfolio Administration Agreement, the Operating Procedures Agreement, the Determination Agency Agreement, the Broker Dealer of Record Agreement, the Services Agreement and each Authorised Participant Agreement and "Programme Documents" means all such documents.

  • Project Contract means a Project Contract as such term is defined in the RfP; “Proposal” means a Proposal as such term is defined in the RfP;

  • Material Indebtedness Agreement means any agreement under which any Material Indebtedness was created or is governed or which provides for the incurrence of Indebtedness in an amount which would constitute Material Indebtedness (whether or not an amount of Indebtedness constituting Material Indebtedness is outstanding thereunder).

  • Mortgaged Property Support Documents means with respect to any real property subject to a Mortgage, the deliveries and documents described on Schedule 1.01(e) attached hereto.

  • procurement document means any document produced or referred to by the contracting authority to describe or determine elements of the procurement or the procedure, including the contract notice, the prior information notice where it is used as a means of calling for competition, the technical specifications, the descriptive document, proposed conditions of contract, formats for the presentation of documents by candidates and tenderers, information on generally applicable obligations and any additional documents;

  • Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.

  • Material Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.23.

  • Bid Document - shall mean the document submitted by the bidder, pursuant to understanding and agreeing with the terms and conditions set out in this Tender Document.

  • Material Agreements shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.16 hereof.

  • Related Document any agreement, certificate, document or instrument relating to a Letter of Credit.
