Subject Counties definition

Subject Counties means Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Cambria, Clarion, Clearfield, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, XxXxxx, Somerset, Washington and Xxxxxxxxxxxx Counties, Pennsylvania, and Preston County, West Virginia.
Subject Counties shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Subject Counties means the Counties in West Virginia and Pennsylvania that are referenced on Exhibit A, together with the Counties of Potter, Somerset and Elk, Pennsylvania.

  • Other than as contemplated by this Agreement and the Transaction Documents, as of the date of this Agreement, Buyer and its Affiliates have no interests in any, nor have they entered into any contracts or agreements to acquire any, oil, gas and/or mineral leases, subleases, fee mineral interests, royalties, overriding royalties, production payments, net profits interests, carried interests, reversionary interests and other interests in oil, gas and/or minerals in place in the Subject Counties.

  • It is agreed that PDC may deduct when calculating Royalties the entire reasonable costs actually incurred by PDC to fractionate Natural Gas Liquids into separate, distinct products (e.g., into propane, butane, natural gasoline) and/or to transport Natural Gas Liquids to a location outside of the Subject Counties for fractionation and/or sale.

  • Host Country means, with respect to an Insured Person, the country or territory the Insured Person is visiting or in which the Insured Person is living, which is not the Insured Person’s Home Country.
