Subject Companies definition

Subject Companies has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Subject Companies means, collectively, the Fund Companies and the Intermediate Companies (and each Fund Company and each Intermediate Company individually, a “Subject Company”).
Subject Companies has the meaning given in Section 6.19(a) of the Financing Agreement.

More Definitions of Subject Companies

Subject Companies means the Acquired Companies and each of their respective Subsidiaries.
