Subject Areas definition

Subject Areas mean the continents of North America, Central and South America, Africa, Europe and Australia, and (y) “Subject Business” means the business of creating, financing, acquiring, investing in and managing precious metals royalties, precious metals streams and similar interests involving mineral properties.
