Subject Aircraft definition

Subject Aircraft means the two (2) A320 aircraft, eleven (11) A319 aircraft, and nine (9) A318 aircraft.
Subject Aircraft shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.03(b)(ii) of the Security Agreement.
Subject Aircraft has the meaning specified in Section 4.02(b).

  • In furtherance of this power, the Assignee is specifically entitled to register and de-register the Subject Aircraft from time to time in such jurisdictions as the Assignee may select in accordance with the Lease Agreement, in the name of the Assignor or otherwise.
