Subgroup II-2 definition

Subgroup II-2. All of the Group II Mortgage Loans with a Net Mortgage Rate of greater than or equal to 6.0000% per annum, plus the Subgroup II-2 Fraction of the principal balance of any Group II Mortgage Loans with a Net Mortgage Rate greater than 5.5000% per annum and less than 6.0000% per annum.
Subgroup II-2. The group of Mortgage Loans (or portions of Mortgage Loans) comprised of the Subgroup II-2 Loans.
Subgroup II-2. The pool of Mortgage Loans designated as Subgroup II-2. The Class II-2A Certificates and Class II-2X-1 Certificates correspond to Subgroup II-2.
