Subdivision Plats definition

Subdivision Plats means and refer to the map or plat of OAK HOLLOW ESTATES SECTION TWO, filed for record in Volume 1241, page 66 and Volume 907, Page 19 of the Real Property Records of Kerr County, Texas, and of OAK HOLLOW ESTATES SECTION ONE, filed for record in Volume 1241, Page 56, and Volume 917, Page 2 of the Real Property Records of Kerr County, Texas.
Subdivision Plats means and refer to the respective maps or plats of Remington recorded in Map Records of Russell County, Kentucky.
Subdivision Plats or “Plat” shall mean that certain plat entitled “XXXXXXXX XXXXX” recorded among the Plat Records of Baltimore County at Plat Book 75, Folio 78 et seq. and shall also include any plats recorded among the Land Records in substitution therefor or amendment thereof, plus any plats hereafter recorded among the Land Records of any additional property that may hereafter expressly be made subject to this Declaration by an instrument in writing, duly executed, and recorded among the Land Records.

Examples of Subdivision Plats in a sentence

  • Minor Subdivision Plats which have been granted approval shall be recorded as set forth in section 7.11-2(E)(1)(b) above within 60 days following approval or the approval becomes invalid.
