  • Developer may assign to any Person, including Subdivision Developers and persons engaged in the business of constructing improvements on Lots for resale purposes, all or some of the rights, privileges and exemptions granted herein to Developer in connection with the ownership, use, or development of a portion of the Property including by way of example the rights, privileges and exemptions described in Section 8 hereof.

Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.

  • Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.
