Upon completion of the Improvements, the Subdivider shall notify ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in writing and request an inspection of the completed Improvements.
Approximately sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the warranty period, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall notify Subdivider in writing and schedule a final inspection/walk through.
Except as provided in Subsection 6.3 with respect to emergency repairs, the Town shall provide written notice to Subdivider if inspection reveals that any Improvement is defective.
