Subdistributors definition

Subdistributors means any subdistributor (exclusive of pre-wholesalers, wholesalers and Sublicensees) of the Product in the Territory appointed by Celltech from and after the Effective Date pursuant to this Agreement.
Subdistributors means Third Parties retained by Distributor pursuant to Section 2.1(d) to Market the Product in the Territory as a contract sales force, and shall exclude, without limitation, wholesalers, retailers, hospitals, government purchasers, managed care organizations and permitted sublicensees.
