Subcontractor Payments. Any amounts the Contractor pays a Provider or Subcontractor for services they furnish directly, plus amounts paid for administration and amounts paid (in whole or in part) based on use and costs of Referral Services (such as Withhold amounts, bonuses based on Referral levels, and any other compensation to the physician or physician group to influence the use for Referral Services). Bonuses and other compensation that are not based on Referral levels (such as bonuses based solely on quality of care furnished, patient satisfaction, and participation on committees) are not considered payments for purposes of Physician Incentive Plans.
Subcontractor Payments means the actual amounts paid by WilTel to subcontractors for the performance of work included in a Project and will not include any WilTel mark-xx, margin or profit.

Subcontractor Payments which shall mean the actual amounts paid by Sprint to subcontractors for the performance of work included in a project and shall not include any Sprint xxxx-up, margin or profit.
Subcontractor Payments. The Contractor shall pay the Contractor's Subcontractors for work performed no later than 10 days after receipt of each progress payment. If there is a good faith dispute over all or any portion of the amount due a Subcontractor on a progress payment, the Contractor may withhold no more than 150 percent of the disputed amount. This provision shall apply to Sub-subcontractors also. A violation of these requirements invokes the payment and penalty provisions of Public Contract Code, Section 10262 and Section 10262.5.

Related to Subcontractor Payments

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.
