Subcontractor Contract definition

Subcontractor Contract means an agreement between Contractor or a Subcontractor and a Subcontractor for performance of Construction Work.
Subcontractor Contract means the agreement and any applicable attachments, exhibits or subsequent amendments between Amerigroup and Vendor.
Subcontractor Contract means a contract or agreement between a Loan Party or Loan Parties and a Person pursuant to which such Person on behalf of such Loan Party or Loan Parties sells, installs, maintains and/or repairs Alarm Systems.

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.

  • Covered subcontractor means any entity that has a subcontract valued in excess of $1 million, except a subcontract for the acquisition of commercial items, including commercially available off-the-shelf items.
