Subcontracting Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(e)(i)
Subcontracting Plan means the plan developed by the Contractor which outlines the Contractor’s expected approach to subcontracting, including promoting disadvantaged and small business participation, in the Construction Phase of the Project. The Subcontracting Plan shall detail the opportunities that the Contractor has identified for possible participation by ESBs and DBEs. The Subcontracting Plan shall be included in each Bid Package prepared by the Contractor and may be considered by CDOT when determining the goal for DBE participation to be applied to the Construction Phase.

More Definitions of Subcontracting Plan

Subcontracting Plan means a general description and value of work to be performed by the prime contractor “in house” plus a description and value of all committed SME subcontracts as defined in this guideline. Subcontracting Plan. A large business is required to submit an Acceptable subcontracting plan(s) in accordance with Attachment S-4. A subcontracting plan is NOT REQUIRED from small business concerns and will not be evaluated.
