Subcontracting means subcontracting or sublicensing a party’s rights or obligations hereunder (a) pursuant to which a Third Party will Manufacture the Products; or (b) pursuant to which a Third Party Sales Representative is engaged to Promote the Products. “Subcontractor” means the Third Party with whom the Subcontracting agreement is entered into.

If at any time during the term of the Contract, Vendor adds or changes any subcontractors, then Vendor must promptly notify, by written amendment to the Contract, the State Purchasing Officer or the Chief Procurement Officer of the names and addresses and the expected amount of money that each new or replaced subcontractor will receive pursuant to the Contract. 30 ILCS 500/20-120.
