Subcontract Order definition

Subcontract Order means the Order issued by Cleartech identifying the works to be carried out by the Subcontractor as completed by Cleartech. Signature of the Subcontract Order shall have the same effect as executing these terms and conditions as a Deed;
Subcontract Order means the order issued by the Contractor for the Subcontract Works in accordance with the relevant Subcontract Agreement or part thereof up to the maximum value stated in eh subcontract agreement ;
Subcontract Order means the document entitled Subcontract Order and executed by Contractor and Subcontractor.

  • There will be no fluctuations unless expressly stated in the Subcontract Order.

  • Contract or Contract Document means the written agreement executed by the Owner and Contractor setting forth the obligations of the parties, including but not limited to performance of the work, furnishing of labor, equipment and materials, and the basis of payment. It shall include but not necessarily be limited to the Request for Qualifications, Contractor’s Submittal, the Invitation for Bid, the Bid, the General Conditions of the Contract, Special Provisions, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Certificate of Insurance, Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Minority Enterprise Business forms, written Change Orders, extra Work Orders, and Agreements required to complete the construction of the project, including authorized extensions thereof, in an acceptable manner, all of which constitute one instrument.

  • Product Order is the form used by the Parties to effect a Transaction in the form of Exhibit A, Exhibit B or as otherwise agreed by the Parties, specifying the terms of such Transaction, including the following: (1) the Product including a description of the Environmental Attributes in the Product, (2) the quantity to be purchased and sold; (3) the Purchase Price; (4) the Delivery Dates; and, (5) if necessary in accordance with the terms of the Transaction, (a) the Vintages; (b) the Renewable Energy Facility or Facilities from which the Product is to be generated; (c) the Certification Authority; and (d) the Verification Provider.
