Subclass 2 definition

Subclass 2 means Retired NFL Football Players who were diagnosed with a Qualifying Diagnosis prior to the date of the Preliminary Approval and Class Certification Order and their Representative Claimants and Derivative Claimants, and the Representative Claimants of deceased Retired NFL Football Players who were diagnosed with a Qualifying Diagnosis prior to death or who died prior to the date of the Preliminary Approval and Class Certification Order and who received a post- mortem diagnosis of CTE.
Subclass 2 means present and future New Orleans students who have requested but not been provided with a special education evaluation because they have not completed a “Response to Intervention” program.
Subclass 2 means Settlement Class Members who have not been diagnosed with NHL as of February 3, 2021, and their Derivative Claimants.

More Definitions of Subclass 2

Subclass 2 means the second subclass certified on September 16, 2013, consisting of “individuals who may be eligible to apply for benefits from a future D-SNAP program and who will need reasonable accommodations because of a disability (or disabilities).”
