Sub-Trust definition

Sub-Trust has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b) of the Titling Trust Agreement.
Sub-Trust. Shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01 of the Trust Agreement and include either Sub-Trust 1, Sub-Trust 2 or Sub-Trust 3, each of which constitute a separate interest in the Trust Estate pursuant to Section 3806(b)(2) of the Statutory Trust Statute.
Sub-Trust or "Series" refers to a series of Shares established and designated under or in accordance with the provisions of Article IV;
