Sub-Grantee definition

Sub-Grantee means a person or organization contracted by a Subrecipient that is compensated with CRF funds to provide administration of any portion of the CRF.
Sub-Grantee means any person which the Recipient funds in whole or in part from the GLA Funding.
Sub-Grantee means third-parties, if any, engaged by Grantee to aid in performance of its obligations.

  • If the Budget Transaction Report includes expenses incurred from Sub-Awardees, a copy of the Sub-Grantee Agency’s Tax Clearance(s) and Debarment Memorandum(s) must be submitted with the first Budget Transaction Report in order for any funds to be reimbursed.

More Definitions of Sub-Grantee

Sub-Grantee means local administering agency of the Weatherization Program. This definition applies only to the Special Terms and Conditions.

The term “Sub-grantee” and “Contractor” may be used interchangeably in this Agreement.
Sub-Grantee means the recipient of a Sub-Grant under the Compact, as amended, or hereunder.
