Sub-Distributor definition

Sub-Distributor means any sub-distributor appointed by the Distributor in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank Notices as a sub-distributor of the Company.

More Definitions of Sub-Distributor

Sub-Distributor means any Third Party or any Affiliate of Distributor that has entered into a written agreement with Distributor for the distribution of Products anywhere in the Territory.
