Sub-Committee definition

Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the Board.
Sub-Committee means, unless the context otherwise requires, a sub-Committee appointed by the Council, a Committee or an Officer acting under delegated powers and shall include a working party or panel.
Sub-Committee means any other committee, other than the executive committee/ mayoral committee or committees appointed by the council or the executive committee;

Examples of Sub-Committee in a sentence

  • The Sub-Committee shall hold meetings at such times and venues or by means, as may be agreed by the Parties.

  • The SPS Sub-Committee shall meet within one year of the entry into force of this Agreement and thereafter as mutually determined by the Parties.
