Study Sites definition

Study Sites means the locations where the Study-INT shall be conducted.
Study Sites means any location where the Clinical Study shall be conducted as listed in Schedule 3, which Schedule may be updated from time to time upon the Sponsor’s written consent.
Study Sites means the institutions selected to participate in a Sponsored Clinical Trial pursuant to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Study Sites

Study Sites means the location(s) where under the control of the Instituttion where the Study is actually conducted. If there is any inconsistency between: the NHMRC Funding Agreement; this Agreement; and any schedule, attachment or annexure, the documents will prevail in the order listed from (a) to (c) above.
Study Sites means any premises, approved by the Institution and Sponsor and listed on the cover page of this Agreement, as may be amended from time to time in written and previous agreement of the Parties, in which the Clinical Study will be conducted;

Related to Study Sites

  • Study Site means the location(s) under the control of the Institution where the Study is actually conducted as set out in Schedule 1.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. Interface Pricing Point:

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Study Subject an individual who participates in the Study, either as a recipient of the Investigational Product (defined below) or as a control.
