Study Proposal. The document describing the scope, purposes and methodology of a Study.
Study Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.1.

A singular word includes the plural, and vice versa. A word which suggests one gender includes the other genders. If a word or phrase is defined, any other grammatical form of that word or phrase has a corresponding meaning. Study Proposal Where the parties wish to exchange Confidential Information for the Purpose in respect of a Study, the parties will complete the Study Proposal. A signed Study Proposal will be incorporated into this Master NDA (that is, the terms of this Master NDA will apply to each Study Proposal).   • Project Proposal is the final and written description of the Project as described in Exhibit A, to be undertaken by Sub-recipient for which the Project Funds is granted and performance is required and monitored pursuant to this PFA.
