Study Program means the program to be produced and carried out by the Contractor in accordance with Article 9 following the conclusion that Commercial Production is feasible.
Study Program. English Education Study Program Title : Students’ attitude towards English Speaking at eight grade students of MTS An-nur Tangkit Islamic boarding school Muaro Jambi This study analyzed students‟ attitudes towards speaking English at eighth grade students of MTS An-Nur Tangkit Islamic Boarding School, based on what the researcher found during observation and interview, this research focus to analyze two aspect of attitudes affective and conative aspect of attitudes, researcher analyze what the students have expressed during the lesson. Several factors that affecting students' attitudes that have been found by researcher, one of them is peer group experience and students' individual experience of attitudes. Researcher used qualitative method, the data found by observing students and conducting students and teachers‟ result of interviews. The result of the research showed that the students in the eighth A expressed a positive attitude, in the conative and affective aspects of the attitude, the students showed a strong desire to speak English and also the students showed an attitude to support each other, but they also expressed high speaking anxiety when they speaking English.

  • Phase IV Clinical Trial means a product support clinical trial of a Product commenced after receipt of Regulatory Approval in the country where such trial is conducted. A Phase IV Clinical Trial may include epidemiological studies, modeling and pharmacoeconomic studies, and investigator-sponsored clinical trials studying Product that are approved by BMS and that otherwise fit the foregoing definition.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
