Student Record Information definition

Student Record Information means any item of information (in any format, written, electronic, or other) that is directly related to an identifiable District pupil (current or former) and is maintained by the District or by a District employee in the performance of his or her duties.

  • Recipient shall notify the District immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Student Record Information, and will cooperate with the District in every reasonable way to assist the District in regaining possession of the Student Record Information, mitigating the consequences of its disclosure, and preventing its further unauthorized use.

  • Criminal history record information means that term as defined in section 1a of 1925 PA 289, MCL 28.241a.
