Student Learning Objectives. (“SLOs”) – include goals identified by a teacher or group of teachers that identify expected learning outcomes or growth targets for a group of students over a period of time.
Student Learning Objectives mean a participatory method of setting measurable goals, or objectives for a specific assignment or class, in a manner aligned with the subject matter taught, and in a manner that allows for the evaluation of the baseline performance of students and measurable gains in student performance during the course of instruction.

  • Performance Criteria means the criteria (and adjustments) that the Committee selects for an Award for purposes of establishing the Performance Goal or Performance Goals for a Performance Period, determined as follows:

  • Performance Goals means, for a Performance Period, the one or more goals established by the Board for the Performance Period based upon the Performance Criteria. Performance Goals may be based on a Company-wide basis, with respect to one or more business units, divisions, Affiliates, or business segments, and in either absolute terms or relative to the performance of one or more comparable companies or the performance of one or more relevant indices.   • Business Unit means the assets constituting the business or a division or operating unit thereof of any Person.
