Structure Paper definition

Structure Paper has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(p).
Structure Paper the Project Millennium Tax Structure Report, dated July 30, 2014 and prepared by Ernst & Young.

More Definitions of Structure Paper

Structure Paper means the structure paper issued by Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxx Tax and UK LLP in connection with the Transaction dated 13 May 2021.
