Structural frame definition

Structural frame means columns and the girders, beams, trusses and spandrels having direct connections to the columns and all other members which are essential to the stability of the building as a whole.
Structural frame means supporting members essential to the integrity of a structure, including, but not limited to, foundations, beams, columns, floor slabs, sheeting, shoring and underpinning.

  • Structural as herein used means any portion of the Premises or Complex which provides bearing support to any other integral member of the Complex such as, by limitation, the roof structure (trusses, joists, beams), posts, load bearing walls, foundations, girders, floor joists, footings, and other load bearing members constructed by Landlord.
