More Definitions of Stripped Interest Rate
Stripped Interest Rate. For each Premium Rate Mortgage Loan in any Loan Group, the excess of the Net Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan over the Required Coupon for such Loan Group. Subcontractor: Any vendor, subcontractor or other Person that (i) is a Servicing Function Participant and (ii) is not responsible for the overall servicing of Mortgage Loans but performs one or more discrete functions identified in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB with respect to Mortgage Loans under the direction or authority of any Servicer (or a Sub-Servicer of any Servicer), the Master Servicer, the Trustee or the Trust Administrator.
