  • You represent and warrant to Stripe that you (a) are a commercial business enterprise and the Stripe Issuing Account is for business purposes only; (b) will not use, or permit a Card Authorised User to use, the Stripe Issuing Services for Card Unauthorised Purposes; and (c) you will comply, and ensure that your Stripe Issuing Administrator and Card Authorised Users comply, with the Stripe Issuing Program Guidelines.

  • Stripe or an Issuing Bank may reject any Connected Account application for, and terminate any Stripe Issuing Accountholder’s access to, the Stripe Issuing Services immediately if any Connected Account, Stripe Issuing Accountholder, or any Principal Owner, Stripe Issuing Administrator, Card Authorized User, representative, or individual with significant responsibility for management is or becomes a High-Risk Person.

  • You must ensure that the Stripe Issuing Administrator complies with this Agreement and the applicable Issuing Bank Terms.

  • You may appoint a Stripe Issuing Administrator to administer the Stripe Issuing Program on your behalf (e.g., managing how Issuing Authorized Users use Cards).

  • XXXXX Administrator means the Bank of England (or any successor administrator of the Sterling Overnight Index Average).
