Street Lights definition

Street Lights. – means poles, luminares, foundations, controllers, conduit, wiring and all other necessary appurtenances installed for the purpose of illuminating streets and sidewalks.
Street Lights means luminaire(s), installed outdoors, and used to illuminate a street or roadway and/or any part of the public right of way including but not limited to, sidewalks, bikeways, alleys, intersections, ramps, overpasses, curbs, medians, or shoulders.
