Streaming Service means any digital streaming service offeringvideo on demand” (“VOD”), linear and/or live event programming direct-to-consumer via Internet-connected devices, set-top boxes, platforms and/or applications, including subscription, ad-based and/or transactional VOD streaming services, streaming services for authenticated subscribers of MVPDs, vMVPD streaming services and “over the top” streaming services.
