Strategic Supplier definition

Strategic Supplier means those suppliers to government listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/government/publications/str ategic-suppliers; “Sub-contract” any contract or agreement (or proposed contract or agreement) between the Supplier (or a Sub-contractor) and any third party whereby that third party agrees to provide to the Supplier (or the Sub-contractor) all or any part of the Services or facilities or services which are material for the provision of the Services or any part thereof or necessary for the management, direction or control of the Services or any part thereof;
Strategic Supplier means the supplier of a significant raw material, including but not limited to, board, ink, solvent and resin; and
Strategic Supplier means a supplier that has been identified as strategic by Crown Commercial Service, and as has been communicated to the supplier pursuant to paragraph 2.3 of Schedule 7;
