Strategic Direction definition

Strategic Direction means the maximization and realization of shareholder value of the Company and its Subsidiaries (on a consolidated basis) in the medium term and in a manner consistent with the Business Plan, and in the event such value is realized, the distribution of such value to all of the shareholders of the Company.
Strategic Direction means and is restricted to, matters encapsulating the purpose and aspirations of the enterprise and pertaining to the outcomes and result priorities the Association is to accomplish, and their associated evaluation measures as agreed and approved by the Board from time to time but excludes, without limitation, operational plans, actions and decisions.
Strategic Direction shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 13(d) hereof.
