Strata Titles Act definition

Strata Titles Act means the Strata Titles Act 1985 of the State.

  • A rescission of a residence contract under section 14 or 16 shall have effect notwithstanding that the residence contract may also be subject to the provisions of the Strata Titles Act 1985 and nothing in this section shall derogate from the rights of a purchaser under that Act.

  • Subregulation (1) does not apply in relation to allotments in the same site under the Strata Titles Act 1988 or in the same community parcel under the Community Titles Act 1996.
