Straddle Periods definition

Straddle Periods has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(b).
Straddle Periods has the meaning specified in Section 8.01(a).
Straddle Periods means all Tax periods beginning before and ending on or after the Closing Date.

Examples of Straddle Periods in a sentence

  • The Seller and the Buyer shall jointly control, in good faith with each other, audits and disputes relating to Straddle Periods.

  • Buyer shall prepare and file, or cause to be prepared and filed, any Tax Return of any Sale Entity for all Straddle Periods (“ Buyer Tax Returns”).
