€STR definition

€STR means, in respect of any TARGET Business Day, the interest rate representing the wholesale Euro unsecured overnight borrowing costs of banks located in the Euro area provided by the European Central Bank as administrator of such rate (or any successor administrator) and published on the Website of the European Central Bank (as defined below) at or before 9:00 a.m. (Frankfurt time) (or, in case a revised euro short-term rate is published as provided in Article 4 subsection 3 of the ECB €STR Guideline at or before 11:00 a.m. (Frankfurt time), such revised interest rate) on the TARGET Business Day immediately following such TARGET Business Day;
€STR means suspicious transaction report;
€STR means a rate equal to the Euro Short Term Rate as administered by the €STR Administrator.

  • Market terms for debt securities indexed to XXXXX, SOFR, €STR or SORA such as the spread over the index reflected in interest rate provisions or the applicable Observation Method, may evolve over time, and trading prices of the Floating Rate Notes may be lower than those of later-issued indexed debt securities as a result.

  • Where the Screen Rate Determination is specified in the applicable Final Terms as the manner in which the Rate of Interest is to be determined, and the Reference Rate is specified in the applicable Final Terms as being €STR, then the Rate of Interest for each Interest Period will, subject as provided below, be Compounded Daily €STR plus or minus the Margin (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms or Pricing Supplement) as determined by the Calculation Agent.

€STR means the Euro Short Term Rate (€STR) as published by the Benchmark Administrator or its agent;
