Storm Recovery Bond definition

Storm Recovery Bond means any of the Senior Secured Storm Recovery Bonds issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Indenture.
Storm Recovery Bond means the Bonds issued pursuant to the Indenture and any Additional Bonds.
Storm Recovery Bond or “Bond” means any of the “storm recovery bonds” (as defined in the Securitization Act) issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Indenture and one or more Series Supplements authorizing such Series.

Examples of Storm Recovery Bond in a sentence

  • Interest on this Storm Recovery Bond will accrue for each Payment Date from the most recent Payment Date on which interest has been paid to but excluding such Payment Date or, if no interest has yet been paid, from the date of issuance.

  • The principal of and interest on this Storm Recovery Bond are payable in such coin or currency of the United States of America as at the time of payment is legal tender for payment of public and private debts.

  • The Issuer shall promptly notify the Indenture Trustee in writing of any change in the CUSIP number with respect to any Storm Recovery Bond.

  • None of the Issuer, the Storm Recovery Bond Registrar, the Paying Agent or the Indenture Trustee shall be liable for any delay in delivery of such instructions and may conclusively rely on, and shall be fully protected in relying on, such instructions.

  • Upon any resignation of any Storm Recovery Bond Registrar, the Issuer shall promptly appoint a successor or, if it elects not to make such an appointment, assume the duties of Storm Recovery Bond Registrar.

  • Except in the case of a Default in payment of principal of and premium, if any, or interest on any Storm Recovery Bond, the Indenture Trustee may withhold the notice of the Default if and so long as a committee of its Responsible Officers in good faith determines that withholding such notice is in the interests of Holders.

  • Bond Indenture means the Bond Trust Indenture dated as of June 1, 2008, between West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority and United Bank, Inc. as bond trustee, and any amendments or supplements thereto.
