More Definitions of Storm Drainage Facilities

Storm Drainage Facilities means the storm and surface water drainage systems comprised of storm and surface water control facilities and any other natural features which store, control, treat and/or convey storm and surface water. Storm Drainage Facilities shall include all natural and man-made elements used to convey storm water from the first point of impact with the surface of the earth to the suitable receiving body of water or location internal or external to the boundaries of the City of Palo Alto. Such facilities include all pipes, appurtenant features, culverts, streets, curbs, gutters, pumping stations, channels, streams, ditches, wetlands, detention/retention basins, ponds, and other storm water conveyance and treatment facilities whether public or private. See CPAU Rule and Regulation No. 8 “Access to Premises.”

Storm Drainage Facilities means all storm drainage facilities located on the Property, including but not limited to the storm water detention basins located within the Parks and any storm sewer lines, manhole covers, and storm drainage grates, as more fully described in the Storm Drainage Facilities Maintenance Agreement.

Storm Drainage Facilities means the system of inlets, conduits, channels, ditches, berms, lakes, ponds, structures, and appurtenances, which serve to collect and convey surface water through and from the drainage areas within Linville Land Harbor.

Storm Drainage Facilities means any structure(s) or configuration of the ground that is used or by its location becomes a place where storm water flows or is accumulated including, but not limited to, headgates, controls, pipes, sewers, gutters, manholes, catch basins, ponds, open drainageways, manmade or natural waterways and their appurtenances. For purposes of this Chapter, the North Santiam River, Stayton Ditch (Reid Power Canal), the Main Canal, the Salem Ditch, Lucas Ditch, and Mill Creek are storm drainage facilities.

Storm Drainage Facilities means the ponds, storm sewers and appurtenances, sedimentation basins, piping, drainage xxxxxx, surface, drainage easements and other storm drainage improvements and facilities in the Condominium that are not identified on the Master Association Responsibility Plan as being a part of the Common Stormwater Facilities.
