Storm Drain System definition

Storm Drain System means any facility or any parts of the facility, including streets, gutters, conduits, natural or artificial drains, channels and watercourse that are used for the purpose of collecting, storing, transporting or disposing of stormwater and are located within the City.

Storm Drain System means any infrastructure in which its sole purpose is to intercept, collect, retain or detain, and convey rainwater runoff to a point of discharge (i.e. outlet/outfall), including but not limited to: underground injection, state and federally regulated Wetlands, streams, brooks, river, tidal wetlands, Narragansett Bay.
