Stored Goods definition

Stored Goods means those goods delivered to the Warehouseman for storage and/or crossdocking, unloading, breakdown, repacking, reloading and forwarding;
Stored Goods means the refrigerated perishable items including their packing material within the Situation noted in the Schedule and belonging to You or for which You are liable.
Stored Goods means those real goods delivered to WWD for storage and/or crossdocking, unloading, breakdown, repacking, reloading and forwarding;

Examples of Stored Goods in a sentence

  • If you cancel any particular booking, that booking will automatically come to an end at the end of your current billing period and you shall be obligated to take the delivery of the Stored Goods from Stozy on or before the end of your billing period.

  • Upon reasonable advanced notice (which shall not exceed three (3) business days), Supplier shall permit inspection of the Stored Goods; and make Stored Goods available for shipment to the recipient or destination identified by Bridgelux or permit Bridgelux and its agents and representatives to enter Supplier’s premise to obtain possession of any Stored Goods.

  • If Bridgelux arranges for Supplier to store Bridgelux’s Goods, products, components, and/or materials at Supplier’s facility(ies) (“Stored Goods”), all rights, title to, and ownership of the Stored Goods shall remain in Bridgelux and Supplier shall not at any time take any action inconsistent with Bridgelux’s ownership, title, and rights in the Stored Goods.

  • An incoming Storage Charge shall be applicable for the date in the calendar month on which any part of the Stored Goods is brought in for storage, to and including the last day of such month and thereafter a recurring Storage Charge shall be applicable for each calendar month that the Stored Goods are stored with WWD.

  • No responsibility will be assumed for loss of Stored Goods by leakage or failure to detect same, or for concealed damage.

  • Should such lien not be satisfied WWD may dispose of the Stored Goods as provided for in The Warehousemen’s Lien Act of Manitoba C.C.S.M.c.W20.


More Definitions of Stored Goods

Stored Goods means any Goods that are stored in any of our facilities on a temporary basis as part of an existing Consignment or Waybill or otherwise as part of Warehousing Services we have agreed to provide to you; Territory means the territory where Services are rendered;
Stored Goods means any contents stored in the Equipment during the Term including but not limited to while the Equipment is in the possession, care, custody or control of the Customer and where the Customer has allowed the Equipment to be held, kept or stored at any premises; Term means the period of the Agreement commencing at the time of delivery to or collection by the Customer of the Equipment on the Commencement Date and ending on the earlier of the date of termination by the Owner or the date of return of the Equipment to the Owner’s yard or if the Equipment is to be stored by the Owner, then the date the storage ends for whatsoever reason or as otherwise agreed between the Owner and Customer; Terms and Conditions means these Terms and Conditions of Equipment Hire and Services. Wet Hire means the hire of the Equipment with an operator, provided that the operator remains the employee of or contractor to the Owner during the Term but acts under the sole direction and control of the Customer and does not include the hire of Equipment that is designed or to intended to hold Stored Goods.

  • Finished Goods means completed goods which require no additional processing or manufacturing to be sold to third party customers by the Loan Parties in the ordinary course of business.

  • Locally manufactured goods means goods whose value, either in whole or in part, is derived from growing, producing, processing, assembling, or manufacturing activities that occur within a city-based manufacturer's facility located within the city.

  • Household goods means personal effects and property used or to be used in a dwelling when a part of the equipment or supply of that dwelling. Household goods do not include property moving from a factory or store, unless the property was purchased by the householder with intent to use the property in his or her dwelling, the property is transported at the request of the householder, and the householder pays the carrier's transportation charges either directly or indirectly.

  • Product Inventory means all inventory owned as of the Closing by Seller or any Affiliate thereof of finished Product that is in conformance with the Specifications and has an expiration date of October 1, 2016 or later, regardless of whether such inventory is held at a location or facility of Seller or any Affiliate (or of any other Person on behalf of Seller or any Affiliate, including in any of Seller’s warehouses, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors or consignees) or in transit to or from Seller or any Affiliate (or any such other Person).

  • Eligible Finished Goods Inventory means Inventory that qualifies as Eligible Inventory and consists of first quality finished goods held for sale in the ordinary course of Borrower’s business.
