Stored Equipment. Unless by prior arrangement, all equipment and other property must be removed at the end of the hiring period.   • Machinery and equipment shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.1(c).

  • Tooling means tooling inventory, including but not limited to dies, molds, tooling, casting patterns, gauges, jigs, racks and stands for engines, cowls, radome and wheels, aircraft jacks, test benches, test equipment, lathes, welders, grinders, presses, punches and hoists and other similar items (whether or not completed or fixed or handheld).

  • Plant and Equipment means permanent plant, equipment, machinery, apparatus, articles and things of all kinds to be provided and incorporated in the Facilities by the Contractor under the Contract (including the spare parts to be supplied by the Contractor under GCC Sub-Clause 3.3 hereof), but does not include Contractor’s Equipment.
